Lucifer / Satan / The Devil and his Red Pitchfork apparently are attacking the country! The US needs an exorcism! Call for The Pennsylvania Pope to rescue us, and declare War on Hell! Where's Linda Blair and the pea soup when you need them?


His church doesn't like birth control -- this is not abortion we're talking about folks, it's just birth control! -- and so insurance companies must not offer these types of women's health services to people who work for catholic schools and hospitals, even though thousands of them ARE NOT EVEN CATHOLIC. Doesn't matter. Little Ricky Santorum has decided NO BIRTH CONTROL FOR YOU! Kinda like the Soup Nazi, but for family planning.

Interesting that in all the polls I've seen, the most important issues in the eyes of voters are jobs and the economy. Not even 1% say The Devil or birth control are the most pressing issues of the day.

But don't let that stop Mr "Something's Burning Down There" Santorum.

Phone tapping and bribery scandals continue to be prosecuted at Rupert Murdock's News Corp property The Sun. The scandal has already shut down one of his tabloid papers, involved his satellite "news" service in Europe and is being investigated here in the US where he owns Fox News.

The basic cable channel that employs Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly is owned by this billionaire Australian; its second largest financier is a Saudi prince, and the parent company has been under investigation for over a year in this phone-tapping, police-bribing scandal.

Job GROWTH During the Obama Administration

Clear evidence of the undeniable success of President Obama's policies on job creation.

The US lost more and more jobs every month during Cheney and Bush's last year. The country was hemorrhaging over 750,000 jobs a month when President Obama was sworn in. Fewer and fewer jobs were lost all through his first year until we began 23 continuous months of positive job growth.

The Regressive republicans' front runner, Willard Romney loves to repeat at every campaign stop that "President Obama didn't cause the recession; he just made it worse." Now you can clearly see that's a lie.

Rick Perry's Latest Idiocy

As much fun as Rick Perry has been, I think it's time for him to mosey on back to his "Niggerland Ranch", according to the writing on the rock at its entrance.   His latest embarrassingly idiotic statement was in claiming that Turkey is run by "Islamic terrorists".  Wow.

"Those individuals who are candidates for positions requiring responsibility such as the U.S. presidency are expected to be more knowledgeable on global affairs and more careful in their statements," Turkey's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement. "Turkey became a member of NATO when the governor was just 2 years old. ... The U.S. has no time to lose with such candidates who do not even know America's allies."

U.S. State Department spokesman Mark Toner described Turkey as a "stalwart ally" and said "we absolutely and fundamentally disagree" with Perry's comment on the country being run by Islamic terrorists.

What an idiot. He's now descending into Sarah Palin / Herman Cain territory. And those quotes came from Fox's website!
